Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and develop a senior operational management team.
  • Responsible for Profit and Loss, or Profit Center/Cost Center Budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand perspectives and objectives.
  • Drive continuous operating improvement and quality performance of regional metrics.
  • Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Define, negotiate, and agree on effective resource utilization.
  • Manage client relationships and provide market trend insights.
  • Drive standardization across sites and geographies globally.
  • Oversee the establishment of new sites globally.
