Responsibilities
- Strategically lead and develop a senior operational management team.
- Responsible for Profit and Loss, or Profit Center/Cost Center Budgets.
- Maintain relationships with customers to understand perspectives and objectives.
- Drive continuous operating improvement and quality performance of regional metrics.
- Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Define, negotiate, and agree on effective resource utilization.
- Manage client relationships and provide market trend insights.
- Drive standardization across sites and geographies globally.
- Oversee the establishment of new sites globally.
