Requirements
- 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or leading boutique firm.
- Track record of leading operations strategy, business transformation, or value chain reinvention.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own executive-level client relationships.
- Strong foundation in structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, value stream mapping).
- Experience mapping and transforming end-to-end value chains.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with Solutions Architects and Data Engineers on technical topics.
- Comfort utilizing AI tools to accelerate research and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in rapid, hypothesis-driven sprint cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the decomposition of complex, cross-functional business processes to expose structural inefficiencies.
- Independently facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Convert business findings into clear, actionable requirements for Solutions Architects and Data Engineers.
- Own and independently drive one or more delivery lanes end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to define current-state and target-state process and system architectures.
- Produce enterprise-grade analytical deliverables that drive client decision-making.
- Mentor and support junior Business Analysts and consultants.
