Requirements

- Strong domain knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, fintech).
- Experience designing primary research frameworks and questionnaires.
- Ability to develop expertise across new companies and sub-sectors quickly.
- Experience working cross-functionally with research leadership and operations teams.
- Analytical and intellectually curious mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CCR coverage roadmap for Financial Services equities.
- Lead the development of high-quality channel check frameworks and structured questionnaires.
- Serve as the primary domain expert for Financial Services business models and investment debates.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and analysts to provide guidance on expert targeting and project feasibility.
- Identify new companies and sub-sectors within the Financial Services ecosystem to expand research coverage.
