- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for complex inquiries and escalations.
- Act as an intermediary to resolve member-related issues.
- Proactively recommend solutions and educate participants on plan features.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to customer advocates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
