  • Proven experience in handling complex client inquiries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for complex inquiries and escalations.
  • Act as an intermediary to resolve member-related issues.
  • Proactively recommend solutions and educate participants on plan features.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to customer advocates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
