Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or revenue cycle activities.
  • Supervisory skills with a focus on team-building and leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in complex multi-entity healthcare organizations preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on supervision of daily activities and workflows for the customer service team.
  • Monitor and resolve customer billing issues, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Track and report on customer service metrics and trends to leadership.
  • Evaluate potential new colleagues and make hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate and conduct staff training programs and on-the-job training.
  • Establish performance standards and monitor colleague productivity.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Participate in the redesign of customer service processes to improve data integrity and quality.
