Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or revenue cycle activities.
- Supervisory skills with a focus on team-building and leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in complex multi-entity healthcare organizations preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on supervision of daily activities and workflows for the customer service team.
- Monitor and resolve customer billing issues, complaints, and inquiries.
- Track and report on customer service metrics and trends to leadership.
- Evaluate potential new colleagues and make hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate and conduct staff training programs and on-the-job training.
- Establish performance standards and monitor colleague productivity.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage disciplinary actions.
- Participate in the redesign of customer service processes to improve data integrity and quality.
