Requirements
- Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform including Dataverse entities and configuration
- Experience with Power Automate monitoring and troubleshooting
- SQL Server experience for data investigation and reporting
- Experience supporting Power BI reports, datasets, and refresh issues
- Experience supporting Power Apps Portals including basic Liquid and JavaScript
- PowerShell experience for deployments and admin tasks
- SharePoint support experience including lists and libraries
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Support live environments and releases for Practice Gateway
- Assist with deployments, upgrades, and hotfixes
- Investigate and resolve incidents and user-reported issues
- Support developers by validating changes and monitoring solution health
- Support the delivery and operation of client solutions including Practice Gateway, Power BI, and RPA-based solutions
- Maintain environments, security, and access controls
- Reduce operational issues through improved monitoring and support processes
