Responsibilities
- Rapidly communicate with clients regarding website issues and project timelines.
- Streamline and manage the ticket support system and internal processes.
- Write SEO-compliant content and sales copy.
- Manage website hosting and provide technical support (PHP, JavaScript, WordPress).
- Ensure websites meet SEO and ADA compliance standards.
- Use AI tools to build plugins and improve product quality.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks and support tax preparation.
- Draft Scopes of Work and client contracts.
