Requirements
- 1-3+ years of hands-on n8n experience
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+, async/await)
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and OAuth
- Proven experience with custom node development
- Strong understanding of Node.js fundamentals
- Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience building complex multi-step automations
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build sophisticated multi-system workflows using n8n's visual builder
- Develop custom nodes using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Implement batch processing and high-volume data handling strategies
- Handle API rate limiting, pagination, and complex request patterns
- Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and fallback mechanisms
- Deploy, configure, and maintain n8n instances across environments
- Manage workflow versioning and deployment pipelines using Git
- Work with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical workflows
