Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated success leading complex partnerships in benefits administration, HR technology, or insurance.
- Experience defining and operationalizing enterprise-wide partnership strategies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling structured partner ecosystems.
- Experience with productized integrations or platform partnerships.
- Strong understanding of integration dependencies and scaling challenges in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise-wide partnership and alliance strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key integration and alliance relationships.
- Act as senior point of contact for strategic partners and enterprise clients.
- Lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on integration strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development team.
