Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HRBP or strategic HR advisor role.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with good judgment.
  • Comfort using people data and analytics to support and communicate decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools (Rippling and Greenhouse a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and business unit leaders as a reliable HR resource across your assigned client groups.
  • Help translate business objectives into practical people plans supporting workforce planning, org health, and team effectiveness.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee development.
  • Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Assist with headcount planning and workforce modeling.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on role scoping, leveling, and job descriptions.
  • Manage employee relations matters and workplace conflicts.
  • Drive HRIS adoption and ensure policy compliance.
