Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HRBP or strategic HR advisor role.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with good judgment.
- Comfort using people data and analytics to support and communicate decisions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools (Rippling and Greenhouse a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and business unit leaders as a reliable HR resource across your assigned client groups.
- Help translate business objectives into practical people plans supporting workforce planning, org health, and team effectiveness.
- Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee development.
- Support performance management cycles including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Assist with headcount planning and workforce modeling.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on role scoping, leveling, and job descriptions.
- Manage employee relations matters and workplace conflicts.
- Drive HRIS adoption and ensure policy compliance.
