Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech space.
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and reporting for partner-sourced revenue.
  • Ability to build data-informed partner strategies.
  • Comfort presenting in executive-level meetings.
  • Familiarity with partner tiering models, joint business planning, or co-sell frameworks.
  • Experience with CRM or PRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with top Referral & Channel partners.
  • Manage day-to-day communications as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including lead conversion and revenue influence.
  • Identify high-potential partners for strategic progression.
  • Coordinate with partner sales to drive strategy and maximize referrals.
  • Enable partners to cross-sell and up-sell products.
