Requirements

- Experience in SaaS or HR tech space.
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and reporting for partner-sourced revenue.
- Ability to build data-informed partner strategies.
- Comfort presenting in executive-level meetings.
- Familiarity with partner tiering models, joint business planning, or co-sell frameworks.
- Experience with CRM or PRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with top Referral & Channel partners.
- Manage day-to-day communications as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including lead conversion and revenue influence.
- Identify high-potential partners for strategic progression.
- Coordinate with partner sales to drive strategy and maximize referrals.
- Enable partners to cross-sell and up-sell products.
