Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of B2B field sales or business development experience in pharmacy, OTC, pharma, or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling into the German pharmacy market.
  • Previous experience launching a new brand into the German pharmacy channel.
  • Knowledge of supplement regulations, German food and feed code, and pharmacy compliance.
  • Relevant degree or vocational training.
  • Native level proficiency in German.
  • Professional level proficiency in English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new pharmacy accounts in Germany through outreach and field visits.
  • Nurture relationships with pharmacy owners and purchasing managers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, listings, and secondary placements.
  • Conduct training sessions for pharmacy technicians.
  • Represent the company at industry events such as Expopharm.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM.
  • Monitor competitor activity and regional trends.
  • Contribute to the development of the retail strategy.
