Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of B2B field sales or business development experience in pharmacy, OTC, pharma, or consumer goods.
- Demonstrated track record of selling into the German pharmacy market.
- Previous experience launching a new brand into the German pharmacy channel.
- Knowledge of supplement regulations, German food and feed code, and pharmacy compliance.
- Relevant degree or vocational training.
- Native level proficiency in German.
- Professional level proficiency in English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new pharmacy accounts in Germany through outreach and field visits.
- Nurture relationships with pharmacy owners and purchasing managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, listings, and secondary placements.
- Conduct training sessions for pharmacy technicians.
- Represent the company at industry events such as Expopharm.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM.
- Monitor competitor activity and regional trends.
- Contribute to the development of the retail strategy.
