Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in scientific disciplines.
  • Major in life science areas relevant to the Antibody preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in the Discovery business or related fields.
  • High level of technical and professional expertise.
  • Market knowledge of the Biological and CRO or CDMO market.
  • Familiarity with Bioassays, Antibody, and Cell Line Products/Services.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment.
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and develop the assigned sales territory for Discovery service lines.
  • Promote the ProBio brand in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Manage leads, quotes, and account relations (30% of time).
  • Conduct customer visits and build relationships (70% of time).
  • Formulate and execute territory sales strategies.
  • Identify and secure new business in Industrial, Academic, and Governmental markets.
  • Provide weekly field feedback reports on market insights.
  • Forecast sales within the territory on a weekly basis.
