Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in scientific disciplines.
- Major in life science areas relevant to the Antibody preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in the Discovery business or related fields.
- High level of technical and professional expertise.
- Market knowledge of the Biological and CRO or CDMO market.
- Familiarity with Bioassays, Antibody, and Cell Line Products/Services.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales.
Responsibilities
- Expand and develop the assigned sales territory for Discovery service lines.
- Promote the ProBio brand in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Manage leads, quotes, and account relations (30% of time).
- Conduct customer visits and build relationships (70% of time).
- Formulate and execute territory sales strategies.
- Identify and secure new business in Industrial, Academic, and Governmental markets.
- Provide weekly field feedback reports on market insights.
- Forecast sales within the territory on a weekly basis.
