Job Details

Proven experience in manpower/recruitment business development.
Strong client network in Gulf, India, Europe, Russia, Singapore, or international markets.
Experience dealing with industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Industrial Projects.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
Ability to independently generate leads and convert clients.
Experience in contract negotiation and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of international manpower mobilization and recruitment compliance.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.

Identify and acquire new clients for manpower recruitment and staffing services globally.
Develop business opportunities in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality, Marine & Shipyard, and Infrastructure Projects.
Generate direct client requirements for white-collar and blue-collar manpower.
Build strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, Hiring Managers, Project Directors, and Vendor Management Teams.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
Attend client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and business conferences.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong follow-up and account management with existing clients.
