Requirements

  • Proven experience in manpower/recruitment business development.
  • Strong client network in Gulf, India, Europe, Russia, Singapore, or international markets.
  • Experience dealing with industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Industrial Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and convert clients.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of international manpower mobilization and recruitment compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for manpower recruitment and staffing services globally.
  • Develop business opportunities in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality, Marine & Shipyard, and Infrastructure Projects.
  • Generate direct client requirements for white-collar and blue-collar manpower.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, Hiring Managers, Project Directors, and Vendor Management Teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and business conferences.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and account management with existing clients.
