Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner development, business development, or sales development.
  • Previous experience within SaaS, technology, startup, or software environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage strategic partners including resellers, consultancies, solution providers, marketplaces, and technology alliances.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Evaluate prospective partners to determine strategic alignment.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified partners and partnership leadership teams.
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement efforts by sharing sales collateral and communicating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams on campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Represent the organization at conferences and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
