Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner development, business development, or sales development.
- Previous experience within SaaS, technology, startup, or software environments.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage strategic partners including resellers, consultancies, solution providers, marketplaces, and technology alliances.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
- Evaluate prospective partners to determine strategic alignment.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified partners and partnership leadership teams.
- Support partner onboarding and enablement efforts by sharing sales collateral and communicating value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams on campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Represent the organization at conferences and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
