Requirements
- 5+ years of prior partner development experience (SaaS, tech, or startup experience is a plus).
- Experience using sales and partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university (Business or Technical major a plus) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Passion for partnerships, sales, and a desire to build a career in software and technology.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify strategic partners (resellers, consultancies, etc.) that align with Sift's go-to-market strategy.
- Engage and qualify prospective partners by understanding their business model and customer base.
- Conduct 40–50 meaningful outbound activities a day including calls, social, and email touches.
- Set up introductory and discovery calls between qualified partners and Sift’s Partner Managers.
- Support partner onboarding and early enablement, including demoing capabilities and sharing collateral.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to support account-based and partner-based campaigns.
- Represent the Sift brand at partner conferences and events.
