Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent sales role.
- Proven track record of generating an outbound pipeline from scratch.
- Experience with cold calls, cold emails, social selling, and creative prospecting.
- Skilled in multi-threading and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Consistently hit or exceeded outbound-specific metrics (90%+ quota attainment).
- Strong business acumen and ability to tailor messages to different personas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator.
- Ability to build and optimize sequences.
- Experience selling into the office of the CFO (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Versapay.
- Qualify customers for engagement with sales teams.
- Proactively prospect new potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Generate and stimulate buying interest through lead nurturing and objection handling.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
- Partner with marketing to support lead generation programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and share best practices.
