Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent sales role.
  • Proven track record of generating an outbound pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience with cold calls, cold emails, social selling, and creative prospecting.
  • Skilled in multi-threading and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Consistently hit or exceeded outbound-specific metrics (90%+ quota attainment).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to tailor messages to different personas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to build and optimize sequences.
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Versapay.
  • Qualify customers for engagement with sales teams.
  • Proactively prospect new potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Generate and stimulate buying interest through lead nurturing and objection handling.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with marketing to support lead generation programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and share best practices.
