Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in implementation, customer success, solutions engineering, or account management in B2B SaaS
- Experience in scientific, biotech, manufacturing, or regulated industry SaaS (e.g., bioprocess, LIMS, lab informatics, or similar systems)
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, cloud infrastructure, and complex data integrations
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- Ability to quickly learn domain-specific scientific workflows and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Responsibilities
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, including scoping, planning, execution, and quality assurance
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with scientific and IT stakeholders, translating bioprocess workflows into platform configurations
- Partner with engineering teams to design and support integrations across APIs, data systems, and infrastructure components
- Drive testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and onboarding to ensure smooth customer transitions
- Manage live customer relationships post-launch, tracking adoption, usage health, and renewal readiness
- Conduct business reviews that connect platform usage to customer scientific and manufacturing outcomes
- Serve as the primary customer advocate, feeding insights back into Product and Engineering roadmaps
