Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role.
- Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services.
- Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the bank or credit union deposit account opening and loans origination processes (preferred).
- Familiarity with Monday.com, JIRA, or similar project management tools (preferred).
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of web applications (JSON, XML) and APIs (REST, SOAP) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
- Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks.
- Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support.
- Evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase scalability.
