Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or consulting experience
- 3+ years designing and managing technical solutions in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using KM, data, AI and semantic solutions
- Facilitation and Design thinking experience or certification
- Project management experience and certification (CSM, PMP, etc.)
- Change management and communications experience
- Experience with strategic planning and business development in the management consulting industry
- Experience with budget management and team planning
- Experience with Trello, JIRA, and MS Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise knowledge, data management, and AI solutions for global clients
- Lead project facilitation and stakeholder engagement models
- Provide analysis of client information and solution landscape to provide strategy and solution recommendations
- Interpret existing semantic solutions and develop strategic solutions architectures, implementation approaches, and governance plans
- Engage business and technical stakeholders to foster buy-in on semantic initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solution milestones and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with leadership to develop internal practices and strategic initiatives
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and trainings
- Engage as a thought leader in the field through social media and marketing efforts
- Progress in mastery of core consulting skills
