Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with complex customer implementations & system integration.
  • Strong technical & project management acumen.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Detail oriented with strong writing skills for creating clear documentation.
  • Experience with Healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs).
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCO’s, and Homecare Providers.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Jira or ticketing support systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, & Engineering to deliver technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners.
  • Design and deploy solutions in customer environments, ensuring they function correctly and meet performance standards.
  • Conduct tests to ensure that the solution works as intended and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Create detailed documentation for the solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Implementation, CSM, Product, Engineering and Technical Customer Care to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase throughput and enhance quality.
