Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid search programs.
- Minimum of 2 years prior staff management experience.
- Proven success managing large-scale paid search investments and complex account structures.
- Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or SMB platform businesses.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, campaign architecture, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly visible enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior strategic partner and embedded extension of the client’s marketing organization.
- Lead paid search strategy, performance management, and executive-level business planning.
- Drive campaign architecture, optimization, and execution oversight.
- Manage complex enterprise account structures across SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Translate performance trends into executive-level recommendations.
- Lead, develop, mentor, and support a team of four Paid Search Specialists.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership across paid search, automation, and audience targeting.
