Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in platform or infrastructure development.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, platform architecture, and large-scale automation.
- Experience taking platform or infrastructure products from concept to market.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization, orchestration frameworks, and SaaS infrastructure.
- Product-oriented mindset balancing technical excellence and customer impact.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, managing managers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, C++, or C#.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or similar container orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Pentest Platform organization covering Execution, Orchestration, and Data Platform teams.
- Set technical and product direction for executing and analyzing pentests at scale.
- Partner with Product, Proactive Offense, and GTM teams to define and deliver platform requirements.
- Guide architectural decisions for data models, orchestration patterns, and data pipeline design.
- Mentor technical leads in building resilient, distributed systems.
- Build, mentor, and scale engineering teams focused on infrastructure and platform automation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and systems thinking.
- Collaborate across engineering and business functions to align the roadmap with priorities.
