Requirements
- 10+ years of product management leadership experience, preferably within fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and manage large-scale roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, ISO 8583, EMV standards, and digital wallets.
- Strong technical acumen across APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and observability.
- Experience managing highly technical platform products including APIs, SDKs, or transaction systems.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing product teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and operational data.
- Experience building systems that process large-scale transaction volumes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and reconciliation systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for a next-generation issuance and processing platform.
- Lead and mentor a senior product management organization.
- Drive alignment between customer needs, operational priorities, and long-term platform investments.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee roadmap execution and product delivery while ensuring platform performance and reliability.
- Develop operating models, governance frameworks, and support structures.
- Translate regulatory, network, and market changes into strategic product initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key product and operational metrics.
- Improve customer retention and trust by incorporating operational insights into product planning.
- Advocate for innovation in developer experience, platform tooling, APIs, and observability.
