Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, platform product management, or technical program leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading product teams and managing product managers
- Proven success defining and delivering platform roadmaps
- Strong execution discipline and experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Previously held a Senior Manager or Director-level role
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for the core platform
- Define and maintain the core platform roadmap
- Act as the product program lead for the core platform
- Manage and develop the Product Management team
- Partner with Research, Product Strategy, Engineering, Design, and Leadership
