Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS experience.
- Deep US market fluency in shift-based businesses (regulatory, payroll, T&A).
- Enterprise product experience at scale with multi-location, multi-thousand-headcount customers.
- Genuine technical depth (API reading, data flow, debugging).
- Cross-PM credibility and influence.
- Enterprise-facing experience (customer calls, procurement, security reviews).
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Production AI/ML experience (OCR, classification, human-in-the-loop).
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities.
- Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs.
- Embed across squads as the senior US product partner.
- Convert regulatory changes, customer feedback, and competitive moves into clear product implications.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions as the definitive internal voice for enterprise deals.
- Own product integrity for the US enterprise surface.
