Requirements

  • Fluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in French.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS, Operations consulting, or project management).
  • Strong project management skills including top-down thinking and cross-team coordination.
  • KPI-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across Belgium.
  • Ability to learn complex product details.

Responsibilities

  • Own retention with a zero-churn mindset as the trusted point of contact.
  • Drive successful pilot deployments and convert them into long-term contracts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and performance outcomes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell signals within existing accounts.
  • Lead expansion conversations and close rollouts of additional dealership sites.
  • Run end-to-end rollouts including kick-off, configuration, and training.
  • Coordinate with internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Translate client feedback into requirements for technical teams.
