Requirements
- Fluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in French.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS, Operations consulting, or project management).
- Strong project management skills including top-down thinking and cross-team coordination.
- KPI-oriented and data-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across Belgium.
- Ability to learn complex product details.
Responsibilities
- Own retention with a zero-churn mindset as the trusted point of contact.
- Drive successful pilot deployments and convert them into long-term contracts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and performance outcomes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell signals within existing accounts.
- Lead expansion conversations and close rollouts of additional dealership sites.
- Run end-to-end rollouts including kick-off, configuration, and training.
- Coordinate with internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Translate client feedback into requirements for technical teams.
