Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations or project/process management
  • 7+ years of experience in team management
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Highly effective communicator with data synthesis ability
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in Business Objects reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM solutions (SAP preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives for France/Benelux operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end 'Order to Cash' process to support commercial goals.
  • Support direct reports in managing and converting the order book through weekly team and individual meetings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor SLAs, fill rates, and inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution pillar to assist in routing and forecasting order flows.
  • Drive the 'Running-the-business' process to anticipate order book trends.
  • Provide expert-level support on BI/Power BI, ERP, SAP, and Tableau systems.
  • Conduct individual performance reviews and execute development plans for team members.
