Requirements

  • 2+ years of BDR experience in the Public Sector space
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding high-volume outreach quotas
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to build relationships through curiosity and active listening
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Strong desire to master B2B software sales
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns via cold-calls, email, and social media
  • Conduct deep research into public sector accounts
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage workflow using SalesLoft, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
  • Use AI and research tools to stay informed on legislative trends
  • Partner with Marketing to align outreach with company campaigns
