Requirements
- 2+ years of BDR experience in the Public Sector space
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding high-volume outreach quotas
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to build relationships through curiosity and active listening
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
- Strong desire to master B2B software sales
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently
Responsibilities
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns via cold-calls, email, and social media
- Conduct deep research into public sector accounts
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Manage workflow using SalesLoft, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
- Use AI and research tools to stay informed on legislative trends
- Partner with Marketing to align outreach with company campaigns
