Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Responsibilities
- Perform a minimum of 50 dials per day
- Achieve 12 sets per month
- Hold 10 meetings per month
- Maintain 80% or above show rate
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present company offerings to potential clients
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Report sales results to the Business Development Manager
