Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating a report using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, email prospecting or related research activities.
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo.io, or any related CRM.
- Basic knowledge of HTML coding.
- Basic sales techniques to track, manage, and convert leads.
- Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English.
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for capturing and generating new leads through the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM data to segment audiences and run targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Set up lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads.
- Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Generate and interpret reports on lead generation performance and sales pipelines.
- Use emails or LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects.
- Explore and utilize tools to automate lead generation processes.
