- Track record of building and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environments
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience with recruiting analytics
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with modern ATS and recruiting technologies (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem)
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for GTM, operations, and business functions
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps
- Provide data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Build and mentor a high-performing recruiting team
- Evolve full-cycle recruiting processes for scale and speed
- Define and track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and diversity goals
- Integrate AI and automation tools into recruiting workflows
