Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of HR experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctorate with 4+ years
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior executive teams
- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
- Ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels to drive performance and transformation
- Deep understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and workforce strategy principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence and business functions
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and enterprise objectives
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Drive organizational design and large-scale change management efforts to improve agility and effectiveness
- Partner with Centers of Excellence on compensation, talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives
- Use data, insights, and analytics to inform decisions and improve workforce outcomes
- Foster employee engagement and an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values
- Coach and develop leaders while contributing to broader HR capability building across the organization
