- Proven experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-driven organizations
- Experience scaling HR functions across multiple regions
- Strong background in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Ability to align HR strategy with broader business objectives and drive organizational transformation
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and workforce analytics tools
- Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment laws
- Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Lead and develop HR and Recruiting teams
- Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Design and implement scalable HR programs
- Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across the United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders on headcount planning and organizational initiatives
- Manage compensation and benefits strategies
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making
- Drive a strong culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous development
