Requirements
- 4 plus years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign performance measurement and lead lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of account-based marketing and buyer journey engagement
- Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, budgets, or campaign delivery
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Demandbase, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze marketing and pipeline data for decision making
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication channels
- Support account-based marketing initiatives targeting priority accounts
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and engagement data to identify trends and optimize performance
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations teams to support lead management processes and campaign attribution
- Monitor campaign KPIs and reporting dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness
- Coordinate campaign execution across internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events
- Contribute to customer engagement initiatives including webinars and nurture campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and operational efficiency
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors
