Requirements

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal processes for high-value, complex customer accounts.
  • Negotiate renewal pricing and commercial terms with stakeholders.
  • Apply consultative approach to mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leverage usage and health data to forecast risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Educate customers on product value and roadmap alignment.
  • Maintain documentation and refine renewal processes and tooling.
