Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and recurring revenue principles.
- Proven experience handling complex or strategic renewal and expansion negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in reducing discounting and improving profitability.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage renewal processes for high-value, complex customer accounts.
- Negotiate renewal pricing and commercial terms with stakeholders.
- Apply consultative approach to mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage usage and health data to forecast risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and customer success teams.
- Educate customers on product value and roadmap alignment.
- Maintain documentation and refine renewal processes and tooling.
