Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong command of performance metrics including conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, and quality score.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in a SaaS or digital services environment.
  • Experience working in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and communicate path forward in plain language.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage a full portfolio of active accounts.
  • Process-oriented mindset with initiative to improve inefficiencies.
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage active Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for a portfolio of real estate clients.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROAS.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned to market conditions and budget constraints.
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of 200 active client accounts.
  • Conduct scheduled client calls for performance reviews and issue resolution.
  • Onboard new clients through a structured process to accelerate time to value.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Participate in quarterly operational projects to improve team services.
