Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related commercial operations
  • Hands-on experience owning systems, processes, and reporting end-to-end
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong analytical background with emphasis on revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Understanding of revenue metrics (APV, NRR, churn, conversion rate, utilization, LTV, CAC)
  • Experience with marketing automation or sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business owner of Salesforce configuration and reporting.
  • Own the revenue tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
  • Run recurring forecasting processes and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Build and maintain bottom-up and top-down revenue forecasting models.
  • Develop end-to-end reporting infrastructure for pipeline health and conversion trends.
  • Implement scalable sales processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Own data management practices including hygiene, deduplication, and governance.
  • Lead development of sales enablement materials and process documentation.
