Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related commercial operations
- Hands-on experience owning systems, processes, and reporting end-to-end
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical background with emphasis on revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Understanding of revenue metrics (APV, NRR, churn, conversion rate, utilization, LTV, CAC)
- Experience with marketing automation or sales enablement tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as the business owner of Salesforce configuration and reporting.
- Own the revenue tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
- Run recurring forecasting processes and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Build and maintain bottom-up and top-down revenue forecasting models.
- Develop end-to-end reporting infrastructure for pipeline health and conversion trends.
- Implement scalable sales processes across the customer lifecycle.
- Own data management practices including hygiene, deduplication, and governance.
- Lead development of sales enablement materials and process documentation.
