Requirements
- 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software or AI company.
- Proven experience building and structuring PS organizations from scratch.
- Track record of owning services revenue, pricing, and SOW management.
- AI-forward mindset with experience using or building AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong operational skills in tools, dashboards, and metric-driven management.
- Executive presence for C-suite engagement and complex enterprise relationships.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Okta, Azure, and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Define and build Vanta's Professional Services function from the ground up.
- Develop scalable service packages across all customer segments.
- Create a repeatable, measurable service motion for onboarding and implementation.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing services team.
- Own the Professional Services P&L, revenue line, and service bookings.
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel & Alliances on presales-to-post-sales handoffs.
- Build a partner services program to enable resellers and distributors.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for complex customer engagements.
