Requirements

  • Proven track record of personally originating and closing complex B2B service contracts, preferably within recruitment, RPO, consulting, or similar industries.
  • Strong commercial background with demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience operating in a hunter-led sales role, actively driving outbound business development and client acquisition.
  • Background in leadership roles such as Country Manager, Director, or Head of Business Unit in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing strategies, and business scalability in services organizations.
  • Experience building or scaling operations in Brazil or other emerging/zero-to-one markets.
  • Established network of senior decision-makers (CHROs, HR leaders, or VC-backed founders) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese required for global reporting and local execution.
  • Highly analytical, resilient, and comfortable operating in a high-pressure, zero-to-one environment.
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients as a primary part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and scaling of the Brazil operation, including legal setup, operational structure, and go-to-market execution.
  • Own the full commercial cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing high-value B2B contracts with senior decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of C-level clients, including CHROs, Heads of Talent, and VC-backed founders across defined target segments.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve break-even within the first 6–7 months of operation.
  • Recruit, train, and lead the initial local team, ensuring alignment with the embedded recruitment delivery model.
  • Define and execute local sales strategy, positioning the embedded model against traditional recruitment and agency competitors.
  • Own the Brazil P&L, ensuring financial discipline, margin optimization, and performance tracking across key KPIs.
  • Build scalable operational processes and ensure effective reporting on commercial and financial performance.
  • Represent the business in strategic client meetings, events, and market development initiatives.
