Requirements

  • Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-market accounts within digital, CRM, Martech, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of the QSR or multi-site retail / convenience sector.
  • Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering long-term growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting.
  • Experience shaping large-scale programmes, scopes, and multi-market commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced or consultancy environments.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead global client relationships across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain senior, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders.
  • Define and drive global account strategies, including revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead commercial strategy including pricing, scoping, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Ensure programmes are aligned to client commercial goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee quality and consistency of delivery across markets.
  • Lead senior client engagements including QBRs and strategic planning.
  • Champion performance measurement and ROI visibility.
  • Mentor and guide Account Management and Sales teams.
