Requirements
- Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-market accounts within digital, CRM, Martech, or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of the QSR or multi-site retail / convenience sector.
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering long-term growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting.
- Experience shaping large-scale programmes, scopes, and multi-market commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership capability with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset.
- Experience operating in fast-paced or consultancy environments.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead global client relationships across multiple markets.
- Build and maintain senior, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders.
- Define and drive global account strategies, including revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead commercial strategy including pricing, scoping, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Ensure programmes are aligned to client commercial goals and KPIs.
- Oversee quality and consistency of delivery across markets.
- Lead senior client engagements including QBRs and strategic planning.
- Champion performance measurement and ROI visibility.
- Mentor and guide Account Management and Sales teams.
