Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management experience with large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to create new business opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to develop CxO-level relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to ensure campaign success.
  • Proactive initiative-taking.
  • Strong team collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge in SDK, HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead expansion efforts in named set of existing accounts by connecting at the level of CXO’s.
  • Participate in Value Engineering and Centres of Excellence exercises in large accounts.
  • Generate new opportunities, close deals, and demonstrate value-based solution selling.
  • Drive high engagement and value realization through Executive Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product.
  • Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical challenges.
  • Review account performance periodically to identify improvement opportunities.
