Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management experience with large enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to create new business opportunities.
- Strong executive presence with ability to develop CxO-level relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability to ensure campaign success.
- Proactive initiative-taking.
- Strong team collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Technical knowledge in SDK, HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead expansion efforts in named set of existing accounts by connecting at the level of CXO’s.
- Participate in Value Engineering and Centres of Excellence exercises in large accounts.
- Generate new opportunities, close deals, and demonstrate value-based solution selling.
- Drive high engagement and value realization through Executive Business Reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product.
- Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical challenges.
- Review account performance periodically to identify improvement opportunities.
