- Proficiency with browser DevTools and Git workflows
- Knowledge of Jira
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, or Grafana
- Ability to perform API debugging
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients
- Support clients with platform inquiries, incidents, and technical requests
- Consult clients on best practices and operational workflows
- Escalate complex issues with full technical and business context
- Analyze client feedback and operational data to propose improvements
- Maintain internal documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Development, and Infrastructure teams
- Prioritize and manage requests in a fast-paced environment
