  • Knowledge of Jira
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, or Grafana
  • Ability to perform API debugging

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients
  • Support clients with platform inquiries, incidents, and technical requests
  • Consult clients on best practices and operational workflows
  • Escalate complex issues with full technical and business context
  • Analyze client feedback and operational data to propose improvements
  • Maintain internal documentation and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, Development, and Infrastructure teams
  • Prioritize and manage requests in a fast-paced environment
