- Lead expansion efforts in named set of existing accounts by connecting at the level of CXO’s.
- Participate in Value Engineering and Centres of Excellence exercises in large accounts.
- Generate new opportunities, close deals, and demonstrate value-based solution selling.
- Drive high engagement and value realization through Executive Business Reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product.
- Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical challenges.
- Review account performance periodically to identify improvement opportunities.
