Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success.
- Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model.
- Experience with SaaS subscription renewals processes.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity preferred.
- Experience working within Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models preferred.
Responsibilities
- Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting sales teams in securing renewal contracts.
- Support renewal and complex quote creation as well as deal support activities.
- Review, prepare and present renewal sales quotes 90–120 days in advance of expiration.
- Ownership of contract processes including co-terming, upselling and multi-year options.
- Structure quoting scenarios including co-terms, staggered deployments, and pooled licensing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on how to build quotes in CPQ.
- Deliver accurate forecasting of renewals and expansion opportunities within Salesforce and Clari.
- Provide Renewal Sales Operations team with updates on renewal contract statuses.
