Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model.
  • Experience with SaaS subscription renewals processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity preferred.
  • Experience working within Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting sales teams in securing renewal contracts.
  • Support renewal and complex quote creation as well as deal support activities.
  • Review, prepare and present renewal sales quotes 90–120 days in advance of expiration.
  • Ownership of contract processes including co-terming, upselling and multi-year options.
  • Structure quoting scenarios including co-terms, staggered deployments, and pooled licensing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on how to build quotes in CPQ.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting of renewals and expansion opportunities within Salesforce and Clari.
  • Provide Renewal Sales Operations team with updates on renewal contract statuses.
