Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or marketplace-driven roles.
  • Proven success managing large, complex accounts with measurable commercial growth results.
  • Strong experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and/or Mercado Libre is highly desirable.
  • Solid financial acumen, including P&L management and ROI-driven decision making.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills in commercial environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Joint Business Plans (annual and quarterly) for Amazon and Mercado Libre across LATAM.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account expansion through structured marketplace management.
  • Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to improve commercial terms, visibility, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, ensuring listing quality, pricing accuracy, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize digital shelf performance, campaigns, and conversions.
  • Establish and lead performance routines (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams to ensure execution excellence.
