Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage banking, or related financial services environments.
  • 3+ years of customer service or client management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing platforms (LPS/MSP) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry guidelines such as GSE, HUD, VA, and GNMA is an advantage.
  • Experience in mortgage default servicing is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain end-to-end client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor service performance, review monthly business trends, SLAs, and prepare client-facing performance reports.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Support onboarding and training of new client-side staff and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, regulations, and best practices affecting mortgage servicing operations.
  • Analyze client data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement.
