Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage banking, or related financial services environments.
- 3+ years of customer service or client management experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing platforms (LPS/MSP) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry guidelines such as GSE, HUD, VA, and GNMA is an advantage.
- Experience in mortgage default servicing is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain end-to-end client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Monitor service performance, review monthly business trends, SLAs, and prepare client-facing performance reports.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Support onboarding and training of new client-side staff and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Stay informed on industry updates, regulations, and best practices affecting mortgage servicing operations.
- Analyze client data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement.
