Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical consulting, product management, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software platforms, or solution implementation environments.
  • Experience or exposure to color management, print & packaging, or similar technical domains is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and account management teams to identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and support the sales cycle through technical expertise and solution positioning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their workflows and business objectives to propose tailored software and service solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative sessions to showcase solution value and address technical requirements.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Support deployment discussions, pilots, and onboarding activities to ensure successful solution adoption and business impact.
  • Provide input on consulting services related to color standards, packaging specifications, and supply chain quality processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for product-related queries, ensuring consistent customer success.
