- At least 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, scenario-based learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex product or business value into clear customer conversations.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, or digital enablement solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use learning data and insights for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Technology, Learning, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging sales capability programs across instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning formats.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences using storytelling, simulations, role plays, and real customer scenarios.
- Build structured learning journeys that improve seller readiness, confidence, and execution effectiveness.
- Develop sales enablement assets such as discovery frameworks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and call tools.
- Strengthen reinforcement strategies to improve knowledge retention and field application.
- Coach sales teams and frontline managers to enhance customer conversations and value-based selling skills.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to create personalized and adaptive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business goals and product strategies.
- Use learning analytics and feedback insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.
