  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Pharma or biotech experience is a strong plus
  • Exposure to data/AI initiatives or scaling organizations

Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts, particularly within pharma and biotech sectors
  • Driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across existing client portfolios
  • Developing and executing account growth strategies aligned with commercial objectives
  • Leading executive-level discussions, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
  • Identifying white-space opportunities and translating them into actionable growth initiatives
  • Collaborating with delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between commercial and operational execution
  • Monitoring account health, forecasting revenue, and proactively mitigating risks
