Requirements

- Strong track record of driving renewals, upsells, and account expansion
- Ability to lead executive-level conversations and manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Experience in commercial negotiations and revenue forecasting
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Pharma or biotech experience is a strong plus
- Exposure to data/AI initiatives or scaling organizations
Responsibilities
- Managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts, particularly within pharma and biotech sectors
- Driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across existing client portfolios
- Developing and executing account growth strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Leading executive-level discussions, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
- Identifying white-space opportunities and translating them into actionable growth initiatives
- Collaborating with delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between commercial and operational execution
- Monitoring account health, forecasting revenue, and proactively mitigating risks
